Data deletion

Last updated: 13 September 2026This is also our data-deletion instructions page for Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform users

You can have your account and your shop's data deleted at any time. There is no form to fill and no retention call — one email does it.

1. Delete a MedStock account

  1. Email team@healthsarthiai.com with the subject Delete my account, from the email address registered to the account. Include your shop name.
  2. We confirm within 2 working days and, if you want, send you a final Excel export of your data first.
  3. Within 30 days we delete your account, all shop records, device pairings, WhatsApp consent records and backups from our servers.
  4. We email you when it is done.
What we keep, and why: copies of GST invoices your shop issued, for the 6 years Indian GST law requires. Nothing else. Data on your own devices is yours to wipe — uninstalling MedStock removes the local database.

2. Remove your personal details from a shop's records

If a pharmacy using MedStock recorded your name or phone number and you want it removed, email us with the number and, if you know it, the shop. We remove it from our servers and notify the shop within 30 days. To stop WhatsApp messages immediately, reply STOP to the message.

3. Facebook / WhatsApp connections

If you connected a WhatsApp Business account to HealthSarthi through Facebook (Embedded Signup), you can remove our access yourself, and we delete the connection data on our side:

  1. Open Meta Business Suite → Settings → Business settings → Integrations → Connected apps (or Facebook Settings → Apps and websites).
  2. Find HealthSarthi and choose Remove.
  3. Meta notifies us; within 30 days we delete the access token, WhatsApp Business Account id and phone-number id we held for you. Your message templates stay in your own WhatsApp Business Account — they belong to you.

You can also email us the request directly using the steps in section 1.
