Terms of service

Last updated: 29 September 2026Applies to: MedStock and the HealthSarthi website

These are the terms between you and HealthSarthi when you use MedStock or our website. We have kept them short and in plain English. Where a section only matters once a service launches, it says so.

1. Who you are dealing with

HealthSarthi is a sole proprietorship of Prakhar Pandey, registered in India under the Udyam scheme ("we", "us"). MedStock is our product. Contact: team@healthsarthiai.com.

2. What the service is

ServiceStatusWhat it does
MedStockLiveOffline-first billing, inventory with batch and expiry tracking, purchase entry (including Excel upload), GST invoices, reorder messages to distributors on WhatsApp, an owner dashboard, and sync between counters and phones.
HealthSarthi network (patients, doctors, labs, clinics, hospitals)Coming soonDescribed on our website as what we are building. Nothing on those pages is an offer of a service until it is marked live and you have signed up for it.

3. Your account

4. Plans and payment

5. Your data

6. Acceptable use

Do not use MedStock to issue false invoices, evade tax, sell medicines you are not licensed to sell, send WhatsApp messages to people who have not agreed to receive them, or attack, probe or overload our systems. If you do, we can suspend the account. Where the law requires it, we will report it.

7. WhatsApp messages

When you send a message through MedStock, you are the sender. You confirm that the recipient (a distributor, or later a customer) has agreed to receive messages from your shop on WhatsApp. Messages also fall under Meta's WhatsApp Business terms. If recipients report your messages as spam, Meta can restrict the number, and we may have to pause the feature for your account.

8. Our software

We own MedStock and the HealthSarthi website — the code, design and name. Your subscription lets you use them for your business. Do not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the software. The medicine master data in MedStock is compiled from public regulatory sources and may contain mistakes; always check the physical pack.

9. Availability, and what we do not promise

10. Liability

To the extent Indian law allows: we are not liable for indirect losses (lost profit, lost data on unsynced devices, penalties from wrong tax configuration you entered), and our total liability to you in any 12 months is capped at the amount you paid us in those 12 months. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything the law does not allow us to limit.

11. Ending things

You can stop at any time; ask us to delete your account (see data deletion). We can end an account for breach of section 6 after warning you, or if we shut the product down, in which case we give at least 90 days' notice and a full export, and refund the unused part of a paid year pro-rata.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If we have a dispute, we first try to settle it by talking — email us and we will reply within 7 days. If that fails, courts in India have jurisdiction. Consumers keep any rights they have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product grows. Material changes are emailed to account holders at least 15 days before they apply. Continuing to use MedStock after that date means you accept them; if you do not, you can end your subscription and receive a pro-rata refund.
