Patient rights & grievances

If something went wrong — with your data, with a message you received from a shop using MedStock, or with anything on our platform — this is how to raise it and what we commit to.

Medical emergency? HealthSarthi does not provide emergency services or medical advice. Call 112 or 108.

1. What is live today

Today HealthSarthi runs MedStock, software used by medical stores. Patient-facing services — search, booking, teleconsultation, health records — are Coming soon and not yet available. If you are a patient, the most likely reason you are here is that a pharmacy using MedStock sent you a WhatsApp message or printed your name on a bill. The rights below apply to that today, and will extend to the network services when they launch.

4. Complaints about a pharmacy

MedStock is used by independent medical stores. We are not the seller of the medicines and we do not control a shop's pricing, dispensing or service. For a complaint about a purchase, contact the shop first; its name, address and drug-licence number are on the bill. If a shop misuses our software — for example, sends you messages after you said stop — tell us and we will act on the shop's account. For consumer disputes you can also use the National Consumer Helpline (1915) or the e-Daakhil portal.

5. If you are not satisfied

You may complain to the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We will cooperate fully and hand over our correspondence with you on request.
